Practical Approaches using lifestyle, nutrients, and botanicals for symptom relief and long-term health.

Gain clarity and confidence in guiding patients who use botanical and integrative approaches for perimenopause and menopause. Learn how to evaluate the evidence, understand safety considerations, and apply practical, patient-centered strategies in everyday midlife care.

Many healthcare professionals lack structured, evidence-based training in complementary and botanical medicine as it relates to perimenopause and menopause. This gap leads to missed opportunities for collaborative patient care and contributes to confusion, safety risks, and fragmented treatment plans. This masterclass provides clinicians with a practical, clinically relevant understanding of integrative and botanical therapies used in midlife, highlighting the research, safety considerations, communication strategies, and real-world applications. Participants will develop skills to assess patient use, interpret the evidence, and incorporate actionable pearls into their care.
